A soluble fibre (fructan) from the tuber – a classic building block of plant-based diets.
Added to this: the amino acids L-glutamine and L-leucine (50 mg each) plus zinc citrate and chromium picolinate.

What zinc & chromium are officially allowed to say
Health claims for food are strictly regulated across the EU. For the two trace elements in RETA3, these wordings (among others) are authorised – and we claim nothing beyond them:
Chromium · 40 µg (100% NRV)

Zinc · 15 mg (150% NRV)

Morning or midday: 1 capsule
Unchewed, with two large glasses of water, ideally 15–30 minutes before a meal. If caffeine keeps you up, stick to the first half of the day.
Hard to swallow? Open it
The HPMC capsule pulls apart – stir the contents into water or yoghurt.
